  4. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our official address.

💰 Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  2. The product must meet return eligibility conditions to qualify for a refund.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  4. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
  5. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after receiving the required bank details.

📌 Important Notes for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for quality reasons.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Return or exchange requests raised after the specified return period will not be accepted.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
